How long does my order take to ship?

SUFibers will always strive to package and ship your order within 5 business days, usually sooner! Please take holidays into consideration when placing an order. The least expensive shipping method will always be used. Please advise us if you would like expedited shipping, which will add to the shipping costs.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Yes, International shipping can be arranged, cost to be determined depending on shipping address, as well as the weight of the wool ordered. SUFIbers will always search for the least expensive shipping available. PLEASE NOTE: Canadian Shipping rates are based on and order’s weight. Prices will jump with additional weight. (ex: 12 skeins weigh approx. 2# 6ozs) Shipping rates are embedded in the Order Form based on weight. If there are any questions please contact us at suzanne@sufibers.com. What is your return policy? 

Returns will be accepted if wool is unopened/complete. Postage for returns will be the responsibility of the purchaser. In some cases there may be a small restocking charge. Consider adding that last skein to your stash for a future use! ;)
